Idea Submission Policy

At SharkIndicators , we appreciate comments and suggestions from the trading community to help improve our products and services, to help you the trader to trade better. But we have a long-standing policy of not accepting confidential or proprietary ideas, suggestions, or proposals.

SharkIndicators actively pursues trading innovation opportunities with business vendors.  We also welcome customer comments regarding our products and tools.  SharkIndicators has a policy that does not allow SharkIndicators, its employees, or associates to accept on a confidential basis, or agree to hold in confidence any confidential or proprietary ideas, suggestions, proposals, product concepts, and the like. In addition, SharkIndicators cannot agree to provide any compensation for any such submissions. 

We appreciate your input, but we can't respond to suggestions that are sent to SharkIndicators. We might have been working on a similar idea internally already, and want to avoid any potential misunderstandings around ownership of the idea. If you do send us an idea, we won't be able to consider it as your property or as confidential information.

If after reading this you still want to send a suggestion, you may send it directly to us, or post on our public community areas.

By submitting your feedback to SharkIndicators:

• You agree any and all submissions are non-confidential and non-proprietary, regardless of the method and medium you use to share them.
• You agree your submission and its contents may become public knowledge, publicly disclosed, and public property, without any compensation of any kind owed to you or any third party. Your submission / idea may be submitted to a public forum where anyone can view or comment on it.
• You agree that SharkIndicators may use for any purpose, profit from, distribute, publish, or otherwise exploit your idea/suggestion, without compensation to you or any third party.
• You agree we are not liable for any damages incurred by the disclosure or use of your idea/suggestion.
  Finally, be aware that we may be independently developing features or products that overlap with your idea/suggestion.
