To run a Stategy (i.e. BlackBird and Raven) NinjaTrader requires the Trader + feature set. This NinjaTrader page shows which licenses include the Trader + package.
BloodHound is an indicator, thus it will run on any license option of NinjaTrader.
BlackBird and BloodHound come with a 1 year maintenance period, during which you can install any updates that are released. After that period ends, you can continue using the latest version that came out before your maintenance period ended. If you would like to continue receiving the latest updates another 1 year maintenance period can be purchased.
